We specialize in art that portrays the essence of everyday life, capturing an atmosphere of peace and harmony in experiences of ordinary people. Spirituality is a key component of the artworks as presented in greeting cards, prints and hand-crafted pieces. Though she concentrates on the African - American experience there are works that all can relate to, ideas that transcend cultures.

About the Artist 

C. Frances Busby has come to be known as a “Renaissance Woman”, because she has made accomplishments in several areas that include art, music, writing, and the corporate business world. Because of her love of art, the scenery in her hometown of Mobile, Alabama presented Frances with many opportunities to sketch the seashores, trees, and people during her childhood. Studying at Alabama A&M University Frances became fascinated by such artists as Romare Bearden, Norman Rockwell and Charles White, to name a few.  

Artist Frances Busby works primarily in pencil and color pencil, but has also done works in mixed media such as clay, cloth and specialty papers. Creation of each of her greeting card has allowed the use art and the written word in combination to produce unique expressions. She and her husband have been owners of this successful business for over twenty years, a company that combines the arts, music and consulting. The utilization of art/music/writing/consulting as tools for growth has proved to be an exciting avenue for personal development. 

Frances is also an accomplished singer and songwriter with several years of involvement in recording and performing music. Starting with performing with her eleven (11) brothers and sisters, singing background vocals on many albums with other artists, Frances has come into her own with the release of her own CD entitled “Far Away From You” with several renowned artists accompanying her such as; Gary Bias of Earth, Wind and Fire, Joel Gaines who was Gladys Knights Musical Director and Jon Carey who played with Ko Ko Taylor, to name a few. The CD includes several songs written by the artist. 

Mrs. Busby’s artworks can be seen in several venues, to include, the Roy Rogers Museum in Branson, MO, book illustrations , company brochures, personalized songs and poems for company events, and logos for small businesses, and for governmental facilities in the state of CA.
